The Personnel Board of Jefferson County is looking for driven students for our Human Resource Management Internship - Applicant Services, a hands-on, onsite opportunity to gain real HR experience in local government!

Quick Details:

- Tentative Start: September 2026 | End: November 2026/December 2026

- Onsite, up to 32 hrs/week | $19.60/hour

- Preferred: Seniors graduating December 2026, GPA 3.00+, majoring in HR Management, Business Management/Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.

Interns will gain exposure to recruiting, onboarding, applicant tracking, HRIS, and mentorship, all while making a real impact in the community.
